MAKE YOUR SKIN GLOW DURING SUMMER :

Summer is here and it’s time to enjoy outdoors, delicious fruit drinks, etc. But the heat of the sun damages the skin and makes you look dull. In this article, I will be writing about how to maintain your skin and keep it hydrated and glowing in summer.

Drink Plenty of Fluids :

Intake of water, fresh fruit juices, coconut water, and buttermilk, these fluids not only keep your body hydrated but also removes the toxins present in your body. Water consumption during summer should be in excess, as lots of water is lost due to perspiration. Try to drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of fluids.


Food Intake :

The food you eat will reflect on your face. Intake of green vegetables such as cucumber, pumpkins, and water content fruits such as watermelons, lemons, oranges should be included in your diet. These fruits and veggies will make your skin look and feel a lot better. 


Exercise :

Exercise helps to get rid of the toxins and gives you glowing skin. Do simple workouts or yoga every morning to feel good and stay fresh. If you feel too lazy to work out, walk as much as you can, you will have more energy, lose those extra pounds, and will get fresh and healthy skin.

1. Apply a good sunscreen 30min before you expose yourself to sunlight.

2. Try to stay indoor between 11am to 3pm because this is the period where sun rays are the strongest and may damage your skin. Keep hydrating your body if you are outside.
    
    3. Wear cotton clothes that won't stick to your body to avoids irritations and make your skin breathe.
