GET RID OF DANDRUFF


Are you fed up with white flakes on your shoulders and itchy scalp? The most common problem which can’t be ignored. At the same time, it is not a big problem too. You don’t have to go to a hair specialist or spa for those expensive treatments, all that is requires is little patience. There are many products available in the market which will help you to get rid of dandruff but, it is not effective and will not keep your scalp dandruff free for a long time. So let’s move towards the natural remedies which keep your scalp healthy and dandruff free for a long time. 

1.Yogurt :


Apply yogurt on to your scalp and leave it for about 15 minutes. Rinse your hair with warm water by using some mild shampoo. This not only treats your dandruff but also provides moisture to your hair and gives a healthy shine to it. You can also mix some lemon juice with yogurt for better results.


 2.Fenugreek seeds :


Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Grind the mixture make a thick paste out of it. Apply this paste directly into the scalp and let it stay for an hour. Then wash off your hair using a mild shampoo. Do this once a week to get rid of dandruff completely.


 3.Coconut oil with herbs and Lemon :

4.Aloe Vera :


Extract the Aloe Vera pulp directly from the fresh plant, grind it, and apply it to your scalp as well as your hair shaft directly. Leave it for an hour and wash it off using a mild shampoo. Aloe Vera moisturizes the scalp, it makes your scalp itch-free and controls your frizz to a great extent.
 
5.Neem :


Make a thick paste by grinding neem leaves and apply this paste to the scalp and leave for 10 minutes then wash off with water. Leaves of neem can also be boiled in water and the water can be used for washing hair. This method is equally effective in keeping dandruff at bay. This neem can be mixed with olive oil and can be applied on the head to have itch-free scalp. 


6.Clays:


Deep cleanse your hair at least once in  15 days. It's very good to use clays such as bentonite, dead sea muds etc..Using it in rite quantity is very important. I will recommend the product for clays which is MUD HAIR MASK which is all-natural, chemical-free and safe to use.
 
7.Olive oil and Lemon :


Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice for 4 teaspoons of olive oil. Massage this mixture on to the scalp. Leave it for about an hour and wash it off with mild shampoo. 


8.Essential Oils :


A mixture of good essential oils d massage is very effective to get rid of dandruff. You should know ant the quantity of each essential oil before applying it. Be careful with it.
